12 สตาร์ทอัพด้านเทคโนโลยีอาหารจาก Food Innopolis  สวทช. ประสบความสำเร็จผ่านการประเมิน Due Diligence Meeting จาก Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) และได้รับคัดเลือกเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม Soft-Landing Programme สำหรับการขยายธุรกิจสู่ตลาดฮ่องกงและจีน

สตาร์ทอัพไทยที่ได้รับคัดเลือกในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ TRUM kin, Nutriflow, Mahjusmin, Foodle Noodle, Silver Horizon, Sinar Brew, Wannavee, Protinos, Benatic, Warich, T&Jay Commerce และ Wholesome LAB ที่มีศักยภาพโดดเด่นด้านนวัตกรรมอาหาร ทั้งหมดจะได้เข้าร่วมโปรแกรม Pre-Incubation Programme ระยะเวลา 1 ปี พร้อมรับทุนสนับสนุนสูงสุด 100,000 เหรียญฮ่องกง หรือประมาณ 440,000 บาท

โปรแกรม Soft-Landing นี้เป็นความร่วมมือระหว่าง Food Innopolis และ HKSTP โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อสนับสนุนสตาร์ทอัพไทยในการขยายธุรกิจสู่ตลาดฮ่องกงและจีนแผ่นดินใหญ่ ซึ่งถือเป็นประตูสู่ตลาดเอเชียที่มีมูลค่าหลายล้านล้านบาท

สตาร์ทอัพที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกจะได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์ครบวงจร ประกอบด้วยการสนับสนุนทางการเงินแบ่งเป็น 3 เฟส คือ 10,000 เหรียญฮ่องกง 40,000 เหรียญฮ่องกง และ 50,000 เหรียญฮ่องกง โดยไม่ต้องแลกด้วยหุ้นบริษัท นอกจากนี้ยังได้รับโปรแกรมฝึกอบรมมากกว่า 11 หลักสูตรผ่าน HKSTP Training Platform พร้อมที่ปรึกษาเฉพาะทางให้คำแนะนำด้านธุรกิจ

ด้านการเข้าถึงตลาด สตาร์ทอัพจะได้รับพื้นที่ Co-working space เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสร้างเครือข่าย และมีโอกาสในการทดสอบตลาดในฮ่องกง รวมถึงศักยภาพในการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม Incubation, Acceleration และ Elite Programme ของ HKSTP ซึ่งมีมูลค่าทุนสนับสนุนสูงสุดถึง 21.5 ล้านเหรียญฮ่องกง

HKSTP เป็นหนึ่งในศูนย์บ่มเพาะสตาร์ทอัพชั้นนำของเอเชีย ดูแลสตาร์ทอัพและบริษัทเทคโนโลยีกว่า 2,200 แห่งจาก 25 ประเทศทั่วโลก มีพื้นที่ R&D และห้องปฏิบัติการกว่า 400,000 ตารางเมตร พร้อมทีมนักวิจัยและนักพัฒนามากกว่า 15,000 คน จุดเด่นของ HKSTP คือความสำเร็จในการระดมทุนให้กับบริษัทในเครือข่าย โดยตั้งแต่ปี 2018 บริษัทในระบบนิเวศของ HKSTP ระดมทุนได้รวมกว่า 110 พันล้านเหรียญฮ่องกง จากกว่า 420 ดีล และสร้างยูนิคอร์นได้ถึง 14 แห่ง

โปรแกรมนี้ออกแบบให้สตาร์ทอัพสามารถเข้าร่วมได้จากระยะไกล ด้วยกระบวนการ 3 ขั้นตอน เริ่มจากขั้นตอนแรกคือการทดสอบแนวคิดธุรกิจในตลาดฮ่องกงผ่านโปรแกรม Pre-Incubation แบบ Remote จากนั้นเป็นขั้นตอนที่สองคือการย้ายฐานมายังฮ่องกงเพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ตรงกับความต้องการของตลาดท้องถิ่น และขั้นตอนสุดท้ายคือการขยายธุรกิจอย่างเต็มรูปแบบด้วยการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมระดับสูงของ HKSTP

ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงศักยภาพของสตาร์ทอัพฟู้ดเทคไทยที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับสากล และเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมเทคโนโลยีอาหารของไทยสู่เวทีโลก โดยใช้ฮ่องกงเป็นฐานในการเข้าสู่ตลาดจีนและเอเชียแปซิฟิก

Orom Plant-Based Milk Maker Earns Spot in Prestigious FoodTech Top 12 by HKSTP & Food Innopolis NSTDA

Twelve Thai food technology startups under Food Innopolis, NSTDA, have successfully passed the Due Diligence Meeting assessment by the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) and have been selected to join the Soft-Landing Programme, paving the way for business expansion into the Hong Kong and Mainland China markets.

The selected Thai startups include TRUM kin, Nutriflow, Mahjusmin, Foodle Noodle, Silver Horizon, Sinar Brew, Wannavee, Protinos, Benatic, Warich, T&Jay Commerce, and Wholesome LAB—all recognized for their outstanding potential in food innovation. They will participate in the one-year Pre-Incubation Programme, receiving up to HKD 100,000 (approximately THB 440,000) in funding support.

This Soft-Landing Programme is a collaboration between Food Innopolis and HKSTP, aimed at empowering Thai startups to expand into Hong Kong and Mainland China—one of Asia’s most lucrative gateways to trillion-baht markets.

The selected startups will receive a full range of benefits, including financial support divided into three phases: HKD 10,000, HKD 40,000, and HKD 50,000—equity-free. They will also gain access to over 11 training courses via the HKSTP Training Platform, along with dedicated business mentors.

In terms of market access, participants will be provided with co-working space, opportunities to join networking events, and support for market testing in Hong Kong. They may also progress into HKSTP’s Incubation, Acceleration, and Elite Programmes, which offer funding support of up to HKD 21.5 million.

HKSTP is one of Asia’s leading startup hubs, supporting more than 2,200 startups and technology companies from 25 countries, offering over 400,000 square meters of R&D and laboratory space, and hosting more than 15,000 researchers and developers. HKSTP is renowned for its fundraising success—since 2018, its ecosystem companies have raised over HKD 110 billion across more than 420 deals, producing 14 unicorns.

The programme is designed to allow startups to participate remotely through a three-step process. The first step is remote Pre-Incubation to test business concepts in the Hong Kong market. The second step involves relocating to Hong Kong to further develop products tailored to local demand. The final step focuses on full-scale expansion through HKSTP’s advanced programmes.

This collaboration highlights the global potential of Thai food-tech startups and marks a significant milestone in elevating Thailand’s food technology industry onto the world stage—using Hong Kong as a strategic base to access the Chinese and Asia-Pacific markets.
