BRAND STORY ” OROM”
การที่ได้มีโอกาสศึกษาโครงการบัณฑิตพันธ์ใหม่ เรื่องแป้ง ที่มหาวิทยาลัยหัวเฉียวเฉลิมพระเกียรติ หลักสูตร (NON DEGREE) 4 เดือน และได้มีโอกาสนำมาเสนอเป็นโครงงาน Super Food “อาหาร ดี คือ ยาวิเศษ” สำหรับ Project สำหรับปิดโครงการ
การที่ได้มาศึกษาเกี่ยวกับแป้งหลากหลายชนิด โดยที่ หนึ่งในนั้นคือ แป้งกล้วยซึ่งได้พัฒนาต่อยอดธุรกิจร่วมกับเจ้าของไร่กล้วย “บ้านไร่นายเล็ก” จ.ปทุมธานี
มาเป็นนมมะม่วงหิมพานต์-กล้วยนำ้ว้า ซึ่งมีคุณสมบัติของกล้วยน้ำว้า ที่ช่วยเรื่องการย่อยอาหารและสารต้านมะเร็งลำไส้ จากจุดเริ่มต้นนี้เองได้พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นๆ ตามมา ได้แก่ นมมะม่วงหิมพานต์ นมอัลมอนด์ นมถั่ว 5สี และเครื่องดื่มผงชงดื่มนมโปรตีนพีชมะม่วงหิมพานต์-กล้วยน้ำว้า เป็นต้น
Having the opportunity to study the “New Generation Graduate” program on starch at Huachiew Chalermprakiet University in a 4-month (Non-Degree) course and presenting the “Super Food: Good Food is the Best Medicine” project for the program’s final presentation has been a valuable experience.
During the program, I explored various types of starch, one of which was banana flour. This led to a business collaboration with the owner of “Baan Rai Nai Lek” banana farm in Pathum Thani province.
From this, we developed cashew-banana milk, leveraging the digestive benefits and colon cancer-fighting properties of Namwa bananas. This initial innovation further expanded into other products, including cashew milk, almond milk, five-colored bean milk, and a peach-cashew-banana protein powder drink.
